An observation visit was made to Eskişehir Public Health Services Head Dr. Babur Mimtaş, vice presidents Spec. Dr. Şebnem Eker Güvenç, Spec. Dr. Burcu Işıktekin Atalay and Eskişehir Osmangazi University Health Sciences Faculty Midwifery Department academicians Prof. Dr. Fatma Deniz Sayıner and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Yağmur Gür in Günyüzü and Sivrihisar districts of Eskişehir province on 03.01.2025 within the scope of the Normal Birth Action Plan. During these visits, which were carried out within the scope of the Normal Birth Action Plan, the quality of the services provided by health workers were observed on site and their opinions on the process were obtained. Plans were made to improve the quality of care and public health, especially maternal and newborn health.
